| Q: | What is addressed by the Facilities Committee? |
| A: |
“Facilities” include anything that is owned or is the responsibility of the HOA that doesn’t grow (if it grows, it usually falls under the purview of the Landscape Committee). Examples include signs, trails, bridges, drainage ditches, playground equipment, benches, and trash container racks. Exceptions may apply if an area has a sub-association, which then normally would have primary responsibility.
